Digital Products — No Refund Policy

Because all of our products are digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the files have been accessed or downloaded. This is due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be "returned" once delivered.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement in the following situations:

• Technical issues: If you are unable to download or access your purchased files due to a technical error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.
• Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, please contact us within 48 hours and we will issue a refund for the duplicate order.
• Wrong product delivered: If you received a product different from what you ordered, we will provide the correct file or a full refund.

How to Request Support

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in your account being suspended and may be disputed with supporting documentation.
